I’ve worked as a brand and communications director, marketing director, and director of ecomm. I've owned CPG D2C businesses and have written a couple of (actually published) books.

  • I’m a brand nerd. I’ve built brands from scratch, I’ve helped brands start over. From strategy to support, concept to reality: operations, service design, customer journeys, experience development, research/development, go-to-market, partnerships and collaboration management, documentation, SOPs. The list goes on.

  • If it includes words, I’ve written it. Recipes, course design, big and little speeches, scripts, brand anthems, focus group discussion guides, books, brand stories. From the heavily researched to the light and fun, I’ve got decades of writing experience across a multitude of industries.

  • User experience matters. Digital learning, e-commerce, subscription models, D2C experiences—I take a thoughtful (researched) approach to creating an experience that works.

  • I observe and listen, make connections, and get in the weeds with the team to make good happen—with zero ego, good energy, a splash of weirdness, and a real soft spot for vision.
